1. Overview
Vk11 is a clock driver circuit designed for MDR69 series clock stepper motor.
In the normal operating mode a pulse train is sent to the motor every 60 seconds to obtain a 6 rotations of the minute shaft. A calibration function is provided to adjust the Quartz in the range of ±50ppm, which assures an accuracy of less than ±1 sec/Min at 25°.
2. Pin Diagram
Two push-buttons inputs are provided for setting the time. The software checks for an action every 120ms.
There is an immediate move of the minute hand, and then 0.5s delay before the hand accelerates, as long as the button is depressed.
